The Christen Gayle Healing Community (CGHC) is a visionary affordable housing development in Hanahan, South Carolina, founded by Tyrice McCoy-Mnguni, MA. This privately built community combines seven affordable residential units with a co-op grocery store, café, and multi-purpose community center.
